This is a dedicated motion controller for the PLC (Yokogawa Electric FA-M3). It allows for easy use of NC control and robot control from the PLC. We would like to introduce a case where the introduction of our PLC motion controller "PLMC-M II EX" has achieved high productivity with an in-house dedicated machine. Previously, we were producing with a general-purpose polishing machine, but we felt limited in improving productivity. To develop more advanced in-house production technology, we needed a flexible NC that could incorporate our internal know-how. Additionally, networking for production management was also important.
